MIMI/LP has a decision-support framework for plantoperations planning, distribution operations and logistics planning,process modeling, gasoline blending, and data reconciliation.MIMI/MJ and MIMI/S are used for production scheduling. They aid in theselection and sequencing of manufacturing operations for batch orcontinuous processes respectively.MIMI/E is an expert system shell that is used for evaluating modelformulations, interrogating solutions, and addressing those aspects ofthe planning and scheduling that lend themselves to AI technology.MIMI/G is currently under development with sponsorship from sixcompanies, and will deliver an interactive graphics-based interface tothe entire set of MIMI products. MIMI/R is a risk management module fordecision-making under risk and uncertainty.
